Yes, besides our own factories, Ruifeng also has good business relationship with many other fastener, tool, and facilities mills in China & overseas.
2.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Clear standards and written inspection records, including incoming material, each process control, final inspection, and customer's complaint. Daily record is traceable.
3.Do you have quality certification?
Yes, CE, SGS, ISO, etc.
4.What's the delivery time?
Within 30 Days (approx.). It is up to the real production schedules.
5.Is combination acceptable in one container?
Acceptable.
6.Do you factory have the capacity to help customer design / develop new items?
Yes, Ruifeng has its own product research & development department. With agreement, based on sample or spec. drawings, Ruifeng would like to develop new items for special application.
7.Do you supply tools, facilities, including spare parts?
Yes. And, in accordance with tool / machine's models, Ruifeng sends the diagram to you for reviewing and suggest you some easy-broken parts.
8.Minimum order quantity (MOQ)

9.About your products, could you accept OEM?
Acceptable. Yes, OEM service is available.
10.How is the payment terms?
For new customers, 30% / 50% in advance and 70% At Sight of Copy of B/L. With mutual learning / confidence, we accept to discuss new payment term.

We are committed to providing you with excellent after-sales service. If you encounter any quality issues, please kindly give feedback to Ruifeng within 45 days.
