A: Yes, besides our own factories, Ruifeng also has good business relationship with many other fastener, tool, and facilities mills in China & overseas.
Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Clear standards and written inspection records, including incoming material, each process control, final inspection, and customer's complaint. Daily record is traceable.
Q: Do you have quality certification?
A: Yes, CE, SGS, ISO, ect.
Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Within 30 Days (approx.). It is up to the real production schedules.
Q: Is combination acceptable in one container?
A: Acceptable.
Q: Is sample available?
A: Ruifeng is glad to send you the sample for test / evaluation.
Q: About your products, could you accept OEM?
A: Acceptable. Yes, OEM service is available.
Q: How is the payment terms?
A: For new customers, 30% / 50% in advance and 70% At Sight of Copy of B/L. With mutual learning / confidence, we accept to discuss new payment term.
Q: Do you factory have the capacity to help customer design / develop new items?
A: Yes, Ruifeng has its own product research & development department. With agreement,based on sample or spec. drawings, Ruifeng would like to develop new items for special application.
Q: Do you supply tools, facilities, including spare parts? parts?
A: Yes. And, in accordance with tool / machine's models, Ruifeng sends the the
diagram to you for reviewing and suggest you some easy-broken parts.
